Behavior Technician
- Experience with children or disabilities is highly preferred. Technicians must be interested in behavior therapy or special education.
- High-energy, outgoing and flexible personality.
- Registration with the BACB and LBAB as a Registered Behavior Technician or commitment to complete training and registration process under the supervision of Sunny Days Behavioral Therapy.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification via an approved live course sanctioned by the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Must have a high school diploma or any higher degree of learning completed.
- Required to undergo a background check prior to hire.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Master’s in behavior analysis, BCBA Supervisory, Psychology, special education, social work, speech language pathology, or related field required.
- BCBA certification and/or licensed professional
- At least one year experience serving individuals with ASDs with a full range of skills and abilities preferred
- At least two years’ experience working as an outreach consultant/in-home therapist in the autism or developmental disability field
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies; experience delivering these services
- Experience with staff training and supervision preferred
- Must be proficient with DTT, ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures, and Staff Training
- Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
